09 - Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It tastes restaurant-quality but comes together faster than takeout.
  • The chicken stays tender and juicy when you let it rest—a small habit that completely transforms the texture.
  • You control every ingredient, so you know exactly what's going into your body.
02 -
  • Resting the chicken after grilling is the difference between juicy slices and dry, stringy meat—don't skip it even if you're hungry.
  • Don't assemble the wraps too far in advance or the lettuce will wilt; prepare everything separately and fold just before eating.
03 -
  • Slice the chicken against the grain for maximum tenderness—look at the muscle fibers and cut perpendicular to them.
  • If your Caesar dressing breaks or looks grainy, add a tablespoon of cold water and whisk slowly until it comes back together.
